CANCELLATION & REFUND TERMS

As ANKA GLOBAL MİMARARLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, we carry out the order cancellation and return processes within the framework of the following rules by prioritizing customer satisfaction.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Order cancellation can be made before the product is shipped.

• Payment will be refunded according to the payment method within 3-7 business days following the confirmation of the cancellation.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

• The return period is 14 days from receipt of the product.
  
• Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, complete and unused.
  
• Returns of products that have been installed, cannot be resold, or whose packaging has been torn or damaged are not accepted.
  
• For returns, a return request must be created by sending an e-mail to info@ergomekan.com or contacting customer service.
  
• Once the return has been approved, the product must be sent to the Seller in its original box and complete.
  
  
  

3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Returns of the following products are not accepted:

• Special production or personalized products,
  
• Products that have been used, assembled or completed the installation phase,
  
• Products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons,
  
• Products with missing or damaged accessories.
  
  
  

4. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• The shipping fee of the returned products is covered by ANKA GLOBAL MİMARLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ .
  
• Products damaged in the cargo should not be received and a report should be kept with the cargo company.

5. REFUND PROCESS
