MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded between the member (“Member”) who benefits from the services offered through the ergomekan. com (“Site”) website operated by ANKA GLOBAL MİMARARLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ(“Company”) and the Company under the following terms.

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Member's membership to the ergomekan.com website and the use of the services offered on the Site.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

• For membership, information such as Name, Surname, E-mail, Password and Phone Number must be filled in completely and correctly.
  
• The Member is deemed to have accepted this Agreement when he/she creates an account.
  
• The Member declares that he/she is over 18 years of age and has the legal right to use the website.
  
• The Member is obliged to protect the confidentiality of the password created. ANKA GLOBAL MİMARLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is not responsible for any damages caused by sharing the password with third parties.
  
  
  

4. MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

• The Member agrees to use the site only in accordance with the legislation and ethical rules.
  
• It is strictly forbidden to place fake orders, share spam content, open fake accounts or abuse the site.
  
• The Member is personally responsible for all transactions carried out through the site.
  
• The Member may cancel his/her membership account at any time. For account cancellation, transactions can be made through account settings or an e-mail can be sent to info@ergomekan.com.
  
• Any attempt to threaten the site content and system security is prohibited. If detected, the Member's account may be suspended or permanently closed.
  
  
  

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY

• The Company has the right to improve, change or terminate membership services.
  
• In case the member abuses the website, the Company may unilaterally suspend or terminate the membership.
  
• The Company cannot be held responsible for interruption of services due to technical failures or infrastructure problems.
  
  
  

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

• The personal data of the member is processed within the framework of the Privacy and Security Policy.
  
• The Member consents to the processing of his/her data in accordance with the KVKK Clarification Text and Privacy Policy.
  
  
  

7. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

• The member may cancel his/her membership at any time.
  
• The Company may terminate membership in the following cases:
  
• The member provides false or misleading information,
  
• Abusing the Site or engaging in illegal activities,
  
• Engaging in activities that harm other members.
  
  
  

8. COMPETENT COURT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• The parties shall first try to resolve any disputes that may arise through negotiation.
  
• In cases where a solution cannot be reached, the authorized courts will be the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
  
  
  

9. ENFORCEMENT

The Member declares that he/she approves and accepts this Agreement by checking the "I have read and accept the Membership Agreement ” option while becoming a member of the Site.
