CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY


As ANKA GLOBAL MİMARARLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, we apply the following conditions in order to provide our customers with secure payment and fast delivery.



1. PAYMENT METHODS

Our customers can shop using the following payment methods:


  • Credit Card: Single shot or installment payment options are available with Visa, MasterCard, Troy and other valid cards.
  • Wire Transfer / EFT: For wire transfers or EFT transactions made to our bank accounts, the order is processed after payment confirmation is received.
  • Payment at the Door: We do not have a payment option at the door.
  • Installment Payment: Payment can be made with installment options offered by banks. Installment options are displayed on the payment page.

All payments are protected by 3D Secure security system. Credit card information is not stored in our system.



2. DELIVERY TERMS

  • Orders are sent by HepsiJet CARGO or other cargo company determined by the seller within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Deliveries are made only within the borders of Turkey.
  • Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Address changes can be made by contacting customer service after the order is created.
  • The products should be checked by the buyer during delivery and in case of damage, they should not be received by keeping a report to the cargo officer.
  • ANKA GLOBAL MİMARARLIK INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or missing information during the order.


3. SHIPPING FEE AND TRACKING

  • Shipping is free of charge for all orders sold on our site.
  • When your order is shipped, the cargo tracking number is shared via e-mail or SMS.


4. DELIVERY TIME AND DELAYS

  • Shipping delivery time is on average between 1-3 business days after the order is shipped.
  • Delivery time may vary during public holidays and peak campaign periods.
  • ANKA GLOBAL MİMARLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company.


5. PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR IN DELIVERY

  • If the customer cannot be found at the address at the time of delivery, the courier company makes a second delivery attempt or offers the option to pick up from the branch.
